Box jumps for power.

Wow, I can’t remember a winter that’s been so relentless. I’ve been trying to get out and ride as much as possible, but with each storm the roads get narrower and more dangerous. I’ve been keeping myself busy with some woodworking projects. I have made some two jump boxes that are a great way to train. These help with leg stability, speed and explosive power. They are relatively easy to make. I made two so that I could have a few different heights. That way you can start small and progress up in height as your legs develop the technique and speed.
