What do I get with the program and what equipment do I need?
Who is this program for?

Every month you'll receive two series of workouts. They are split into two week blocks. Each week contains 3-4 workouts depending on your fitness level and goals. I do this to keep workouts fresh and motivating.

Stretching and flexibility movements. Use these as a way to address imbalances in your body.

Access to me as your guide to keep you on track. I have over 30 years of riding/racing experience and have been working with athletes for almost 20 years.

Nutrition and food coaching.

After you sign up I will email you a questionnaire. This is to learn your training history, current fitness levels, riding/fitness goals and any past/present injuries. If needed, we will do some additional testing so you can get the most out of the program.
We can also discuss your nutrition to ensure safe and beneficial work out recovery.

This program is for any cyclist who wants to ride stronger, crush those hills, and feel good enough for long days in the saddle. The workouts are done at the intensity and weight that works for you and your current level of fitness. The exercises are chosen depending on where you are in your training and what your goals are.
