What do I get with the program and what equipment do I need?

You get a plan that will take out the guess work of your strength and conditioning training.

Every month you'll receive a series of workouts programmed into Training Peaks. Each week contains 3-4 workouts depending on your fitness level and goals.

Workouts are a combination of core strength, upper and lower body training, and high intensity conditioning.

Access to me as your guide to keep you on track. I have over 30 years of riding/racing experience and have been working with athletes for almost 20 years.

We can also discuss your nutrition to ensure safe and beneficial work out recovery.
