Fitness Programs

I offer two types of fitness programs. 

You can come and train with me in person at my studio in Clinton NJ, or we can work online together through a program called Training Peaks.  Both programs will create tailored workouts to you. 

In Person Training

Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or increase flexibility, together we can make it happen.  You can come as many times per week as you would like, however spots are limited due to current client scheduling. 

You can train alone or with a partner or two. 

 

FREE 30 minute assessment to determine a starting point, current health and physical abilities.   

  • 12 Sessions - 30 minutes $420

  • 12 Sessions  - 60 minutes $750

  • 12 Sessions- 60 minutes train w/ a partner $1080

  • Small group 3 or more - Per session to be determined

Online Training

Training and fitness should be all about one thing...YOU.  If a program isn't tailored directly to you and your life it's destined to fail.  I work closely with every single one of my clients / athletes to ensure that their custom program is working for them.  My job is to get you where you want to be, so let's work together to make that happen. 

 

Online Program Includes

*  30 Min initial consultation

  • Includes core and strength training program

*  Program set up through Training Peaks

* Limited coach / client contact
*  Training Peaks interaction and account (athlete is required to upload data)
* 2 month minimum

* One time set up fee $35
