In Person Training

I'm here to make your fitness dreams become a reality.  You come to me with your goals, strengths, weaknesses and injuries, and I create a custom plan to get you there.  Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or increase flexibility, together we can make it happen.

Spots are limited as the schedule is always filling up.

FREE 30 minute assessment to determine a starting point, current health and physical abilities.   

  • 12 Sessions - 30 minutes $420

  • 12 Sessions  - 60 minutes $750

  • 12 Sessions- 60 minutes train w/ a partner $1080

  • Small group 3 or more - Per session to be determined
