     People come to me because of my of experience, knowledge, and history of results with clients.  I absolutely love what I do and it is this love and passion that drives me.  I am equally at home on the bike as I am in the gym.  I work with both athletes and those who simply want better fitness, a better life, and to feel good again.  I have one solid philosophy around everything I do.  Focus on the individual and what their body needs. 

     To make a strong and safe cyclist I combine my knowledge of cycling and physical training.  This makes a person who not only has strong legs, but also a strong overall physique to help with bike control, transfer of power, and body stabilization. 

     I start with a your goals and together we learn where the body currently is and what it needs to move ahead.
